the hotel is just around the corner from the tube station, easy to get around. i appreciated the variety of shops and eating places nearby. my room was clean and tidy. i was thankful for the air conditioning on a warm day.
I found the cookie left in the room was uncovered. Not knowing how long it had been there or who handled it, i chose not to eat it.

The breakfast buffet offered a varied and abundant selection. restaurants surrounded the hotel and i found readily priced places to eat close by. That was very helpful.

The location was excellent. The british museum was within walking distance. russell square is also nearby and the hotel is one stop on the tube from king's cross. there is also a little park across the road.
